Quality Control
The most important for chemical products is stability.
GEMEI CHEM has a strict control of the product including the quality control of raw materials to terminal products to ensure the quality stability of each link.
- Strictly control of raw materials, unqualified raw materials are strictly prohibited from entering the plant.
- Guarantee the sampling test for each process.
- The instruments used for testing are in the valid calibration period.
- According to the enterprise standard and combined with the plan, the physical and chemical indicators are tested. Unqualified finished products are strictly prohibited from entering the warehouse.
- According to the QC test result,only the product qualified,then delivers the goods to the warehouse.
