Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC ) is one kind of non-ionic cellulose ether derived from natural cellulose ,the appearance is white or white free flowing powder,the product Hydroxyethyl Cellulose can be dissolved in hot and cold water,and has the characteristics of good thickening,suspending, dispersion,adhesive,emulsion,film forming,protective colloid etc,it is widely used in paints,comestic,oil drilling and other industry.
MELOTEL ® hydroxyethyl cellulose is a thickener recommended for use in water-based latex paints in the chemical industry.
